Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Episode 2 Recap
After getting there to save Riko, Getou beats up a Curse Group Q member and uses one of his cursed spirits to trap him and begs to be released. He reminds him that he would be stuck there once Comrade Bayer arrives, but Getou doesn’t listen, which makes him a bit frustrated. Satoru sends Getou a snapshot of himself with an unconscious Bayer behind him, and Getou sees it at exactly the same time. Cure Group Q member is shocked when he sees it.
Meanwhile, one of Fushiguro’s co-workers approaches him, believing that he is distracted from his work and just slacking off. It turns out that Fushiguro’s real strategy is to weaken Satoru before attacking. Meanwhile, Riko, the star plasma ship, wakes up and begins to fend off Satoru and Getou, who he believes to be his enemies. Kuroi, one of her friends, quickly reveals to her that the two men are actually her fellow soldiers who just saved her.
Later, Kuroi explains to Satoru that Riko lost her family when she was very young and has taken care of her ever since. Masamichi instructs Satoru and Getou to comply with all of his requests because he will soon integrate with Tengen. Since he’s about to leave normal existence forever, it’s a reasonable request. Getou abruptly warns Satoru that Riko is in danger because the two cursed spirits he sent to her side have been exorcised.
It turns out that Fushiguro referenced Riko’s 30,000,000 bounty on a cursed website. He did it so that Satoru would have to defend against possible attacks, which would weaken him. Meanwhile, Satoru, Getou, and Kuroi search for Riko at the school. They eventually get separated and Getou confronts one of the individuals sent to retrieve Riko. Satoru pushes Riko away as soon as he discovers her.
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Episode 2 Final: Satoru and his friends manage to rescue Riko? What’s wrong with Kuroi?
Another adversary keeps a close eye on Satoru as he takes Riko to Jujutsu High. This adversary has read the post about the 30,000,000 yen reward on the Star Plasma Vessel on a hidden cursed website. He believes that he can grab Riko and defeat Gojo with ease. But just as he prepares to give chase, Kuroi calls out to him from behind. She reveals that she had been covertly spying on him and advises him to give up on getting to Riko.
Naturally, the two engage in a brief battle during which Kuroi easily defeats the adversary. Getou then briefly stops him, but uses his talents to break free and reach Satoru. To combat Satoru, he creates numerous versions of himself, which disturbs Riko somewhat. However, Gojo is sure that fighting him won’t present too many difficulties. Satoru quickly outruns the attackers when he is attacked and maintains his composure.
Satoru then informs the opponent that he can only make up to five replicas of himself at a time. Quite interesting, the technology gives the user the option to decide at any point which is the main body. However, Satoru informs the opponent that he is really fragile. He then locates the main body and, without employing any tactics, is able to knock it unconscious. But the next second, Riko receives a message on her phone that makes it quite clear that she has been kidnapped.
