There are 14 Marko’s Memories side missions in the game, and completing each of the 13 missions rewards you with 400 XP and five City Tokens. However, the 14th mission, called Remember, gives 2,000 XP and 20 City Tokens. You also unlock the Grain of Sand trophy by completing this last quest in Marko’s Memories side mission content.
EMF Experiments
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 features nine EMF Experiment mission types, and eight of these short quests have the same rewards: 700 XP, three Rare Tech Parts, and 140 Tech Parts.
The ninth mission unlocks after you have done the first eight EMF Experiment missions and once you have completed the game’s main story. The mission called “Emily-May Foundation” can be located in Astoria, and completing it rewards you with 1,000 XP and 200 Tech Parts.
Hunter Blinds
When it comes to clearing the Hunter-occupied base of operations, the game offers Hunter Blinds mission-type activity. There are 11 Hunter Blinds for you to engage and sweep enemies from, and each mission offers 1,000 XP, five Rare Tech Parts, and 150 Tech Parts.
These Hunter Blind missions can be played either by Peter Parker or Miles Morales. Although Miles has more AoE powers that help in clearing enemies much faster compared to Peter. Clearing each location prompts an interaction with a drone that hints at the possible Hunter Base location.
There are only four districts that feature Hunter Bases in the game.
- Upper West Side
- Downtown Brooklyn
- Financial District
- Harlem
Hunter Bases
Hunter Bases become available on the game’s map after you have cleared Hunter Blinds in a particular district. You can engage in this activity or mission type even after the game’s main story is completed.
The mission involves destroying certain components of the Hunter faction and basically disrupting their base of operation or base. Clearing out each Hunter Base will give you 1,500 XP, five Hero Tokens, and 350 Tech Parts. You also unlock Hunt Suit after clearing out all four Hunter Bases, an exclusive reward in the game.
Mysterium
There are ten Mysterium locations found while exploring the game’s open world. Once you have discovered these, they remain available to play anytime. This mission type is focused on combat-oriented challenges and requires beating enemies in three timed tiers to get rewards. The easiest way to complete and get all Mysterium mission rewards is by switching the game to the easiest difficulty.
This will ensure you complete all of these missions in a single go and not die at all. Completing all of the Mysterium mission types unlocks an exclusive Smoke and Mirrors suit and Behind the Masks trophy for you. Besides the exclusive rewards, completing each mission type will give you XP and Hero Tokens depending on the timed tier you complete at Bronze, Silver, or Gold – the higher, the better.
