According to the Daily Mail, Heidi Klum broke up last September with the gallery owner Vito Schnabel, who is also younger than the model, he is 31 years old. In addition to being a super model and TV presenter, Klum is the mother of four children: Leni, 13, Lou, 8, Henry, 12, and Johan, 11.
